We have long year experieces in developing semiconductor failue analysis system. In it, there are emission microscope, laser confocal scan microscope, special micro objective lenses, special macro lenses, visual and infrared wavelength, ultra low light detecting cold digital camera, ultra fast streak camera, 300 mm double-sided wafer prober and so on.

 

Our cold digital camera is also used in astronomy telescope and biomedical detect. With our active mirror technologies, the 8 meter diameter main mirror of the astronomy telescope can give diffraction limit resolution, and the effect of the fluctuation in the sky air flow was largely deduced.
